Hotel Robertson provides strategies for optimizing revenue per available room (RevPAR), hotel investment management courses, and profitability audits for real estate assets. Services are provided exclusively based on a written contract signed by both parties.
The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding real estate assets and financial data. Hotel Robertson undertakes to maintain data confidentiality and to perform services with professional diligence. Any recommendation is based on verifiable analyses.
Hotel Robertson cannot be held liable for financial losses resulting from decisions based on our recommendations, to the extent permitted by law. Total liability is limited to the value of the concluded service contract.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice, by written notification. In case of non-fulfillment of obligations, the contract may be terminated immediately, without additional penalties.
Hotel Robertson reserves the right to modify these terms, with a prior notice of 15 days. Continued use of services after modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
